2) Avoid all spiced and spicy foods and drinks that cause an acidic reaction, such as orange, lemon and cranberry juice. Instead, opt for a diet rich in vegetables and fibre.
3) Use an incontinence pant of the correct size for your needs, as it will prevent urine incontinence and unpleasant odours.
4) Opt for workout clothes made of black fabric, so, in case of leakage, your workout companions will not be able to notice it. Pilates and Kegel exercises are the best options in case of incontinence.
